Estates including Schools, Universities, Rural Estates and Healthcare Facilities
Helping to create and maintain and healthy, safe and attractive environment for allBarton Hyett provide tree condition and risk assessment surveys for many estates including schools, colleges, universities, rural estates, commercial and healthcare facilities.
Trees have significant benefits for school and university students and staff, helping to create a pleasant and healthy environment in which to learn. Many schools also now utilise areas of their sites for ‘Forest Schools’; outdoor learning which encourages understanding and enjoyment of the natural environment.
Whilst the benefits of trees must not be understated, school and estate managers are tasked with maintaining gounds that are safe, healthy and attractive.
These grounds are sometimes of historic value and have provided the backdrop for many formative experiences, sporting and community events as well as education. This presents opportunity and responsibility to manage them well for future generations.
To do this effectively requires an understanding of tree stock including risks, on-going maintenance and in many cases future planning in order to maintain and further enhance landscapes and sites.
Barton Hyett Associates are experienced in providing sensibly priced and appropriate arboricultural services to schools, universities and estates including tree inventory surveys (mapping and documenting all trees within the site), negative tree surveys that will identify risks and trees requiring some remedial work as well as strategy, advice and planning.
Our arboriculturists all hold enhanced DBS certificates.
